Head of Production & Warehouse (m/w/x)

Tasks:

• Leading the production and warehouse department with all relevant departments and people involved
• Assure on-time delivery of the parts and machines at the different production lines and warehouses
• Introduction and Implementation of optimization possibilities within the different production departments and warehouses
• Responsibility for the achievement of the defined divisional objectives and for the derivation of sub-objectives resulting from the divisional objectives
• Promotion and development of employees in the area of responsibility in the sense of a targeted human resources strategy and to build up sustainable succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or process engineering alternatively completed engineering studies in a comparable field. A comparable qualification achieved through a technical career is also possible.  
• At least 5 years' experience in a management position (department management, production management) in the environment of a manufacturing industrial company, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering
• Excellent technical understanding
• Excellent analytical skills, strong cost consciousness and pragmatic way of working
• High degree of self – dynamics and proactivity
• Englisch fluent in written and spoken form
