Our client offers comprehensive services for the global printing and packaging industry. The division we are currently working for is established name in the design and production of machines required in the printing industry. Furthermore, the company also develops, produces, and markets a comprehensive portfolio of consumables for the printing industry. In terms of quality, size, innovation and customer support, our client is a global leader in all the market segments it serves.
Tasks:
- Designing advanced new machines for the graphic industry as well as improvement on existing machine lines
- Assembling of prototype machines, in order to discover initial assembly problems
- Testing and improving the machines until all objectives of the project are achieved
- Assuring that prototypes get ready for for production via a defined stage gate process
- Regular consultation with production, in order to find customer – oriented solutions for issues that might occur with machines being operated in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electro mechanics or alternatively completed engineering studies in a comparable field. A comparable qualification achieved through a technical career is also possible.
- First job experience, in the field of mechanical design of Special mechanical engineering would be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Excellent technical understanding
- Knowledge in software programming (e.g. Codesys) would be beneficial
- High degree of self – dynamics and proactivity
- Englisch fluent in written and spoken form
