Potentials Analysis

EQCO’s Analysis of Potential is based on scientifically established test procedures that are validated using strict psychological quality criteria.  The use of tried and proven professional diagnostic instruments enables a meaningful and intelligible evaluation of personality characteristics pertinent to professional endeavours.
 
The result is a sophisticated profile of an individual’s potential as well as a personal assessment of efficiency in the execution of leadership functions.  In addition, individual areas of development are identified to optimize and enhance the repertoire of conduct for both personal and management functions.
 
The diagnosis is completed through professional feedback and a written evaluation.

Individual Assessment

EQCO’s Individual Assessment is based on scientifically established test procedures that are validated using strict psychological quality criteria.   It is conducted and evaluated by two experienced, certified EQCO psychologists.
 
The Individual Assessment creates a differentiated evaluation of a candidate’s potential.  Depending on the job description, the position and the critical factors for success, appropriate diagnostic methods are used to determine relevant personality characteristics.  The result is a fully integrated assessment.
 
Upon completion of the Individual Assessment, the candidate receives detailed feedback and the client receives an in-depth, confidential report of the results with an overall assessment of the candidate.
