Clarifying the task

The first step is to understand the vacancy, the environment and the client. We achieve this understanding through a detailed briefing with the hiring manager and other process owners. Especially for tasks in the operations environment, a corresponding plant tour is also an important part of a comprehensive understanding of the position and the requirements. This discussion results in a requirement profile that forms the basis of our search and candidate approach.

Only those who understand a vacancy and its environment correctly can find the right person.

Candidate identification

Based on a list of target companies, we identify the potentially right people for the respective vacancy and contact them discreetly by telephone. Our trained research consultants conduct initial suitability interviews to ensure that the candidate fits the rough framework of the respective position. We share the job profile and other information with the candidate and arouse their interest in the vacancy. By making the initial contact by telephone, we can inspire people to take part in a project at a time when more and more candidates are annoyed by the high volume of job offers through social media and no longer respond to requests in social media.

Only by approaching the right person in a qualified manner can you attract the right person for a position.

Matching

In the next step, the candidate undergoes a semi-structured interview with the consultant responsible for the project. This procedure ensures a high level of comparability between the candidate profiles and a scientifically sound assessment of the candidate's suitability. We still conduct many interviews in person, as this allows us to assess the personal characteristics of a candidate in more detail. Where desired and appropriate, this step can be supported by corresponding aptitude diagnostic measures in order to gain a complete picture that forms the basis for the candidate recommendation to the customer.

Only those who take the time to get to know a person holistically can also evaluate whether the personality fits the position to be filled.

Bringing together

In the last step of the process, we accompany the presentation of the candidates to the client and ensure that the project progresses smoothly and quickly – until the position is finally filled. We take care of all the appointments and coordinate the further steps of the process with the client. This ensures that the client can focus entirely on getting to know and assessing the candidates presented. If requested, we can also provide advice on the labor law aspects of employment contracts as part of our process.

Only those who remain closely involved in the project after the initial candidate presentation can ensure that the project runs smoothly until the position is filled.
